Ian's Grunge City

For this project I had to use a lot of layer masks to get rid of the old city sky, and to bring the new sky in. Also for many of the glass buildings I had to use the vibrancy tool so it would look darker and more dead. On most all of the plant life in these pictures I had to use the burn tool to also kill the plants. On some I had made a new layer  and filled it with a color, then I color burned  it onto the top layer to give it an older effect.
