For this project I shot leaves on a light table. To edit, I used a high pass filter w/ vivid light adjustment. The editing, combined with the backlighting, serve to reveal the small details that we overlook each day: the flecks of decay, the smallest veins. I hope that my project inspires people to look closer at the little things, pay attention to detail, and see the quality in something as simple as a leaf.
